Culinary Institute Lenotre (CIL) is a culinary arts college located in Houston, Texas, founded in 1998 by Alain and Marie Lenotre. It is the only French-owned culinary arts school in the United States and offers diploma and associate degree programs in culinary arts, baking and pastry arts, and hospitality and restaurant management. CIL is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) and is authorized to enroll international students under M-1 and F-1 visas.
