Transport and Telecommunication Institute (TSI) is a private technical university located in Riga, Latvia, established in 1999 on the basis of a Technical and Aviation School dating back to 1919. It is the largest non-state technical higher education institution in Latvia and offers bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programmes in fields such as computer science, aviation, transport and logistics, and business management, with several programmes taught in English.
