$65. This has been the price since 15 April 2024. You can buy a package of two tests for $110 USD, which comes out to $55 USD per test.

The fee is the same in every country. You can send your results to as many universities as you would like for free. If you want to get your results within 12 hours, you can pay an extra $40 USD.

Last year, more than 10,000 fee waivers were given out which allow students to take the DET for free. It is the universities, not Duolingo, that disperse these fee waivers. Check with the universities to which you’re applying to see if you qualify for one.
